Imtiaz brings his extensive corporate experience to Growth Partners to help expand our customer base. As part of his exciting expansion plans he is focused on helping businesses through these challenging financial times most of us are encountering.

Katie Taylor
Katie has worked in employee and HR-related industries for around ten years. She specialises in driving employee engagement and identifying ways to improve the employee experience. Katie joined Growth Partners in 2019; besides assisting our Group CEO in their daily tasks, she is responsible for the People function within the business. Katie’s key focus is supporting the Growth Partners HR team to facilitate internal employee engagement so we can do more of what we do best.

Amrik Birdi
Amrik oversees all aspects of pensions, payroll, employee engagement services, onboarding, customer experience and administration within our employee services function to ensure the best possible experience for our clients. One of our first employees Amrik joined us as a pensions consultant, leading the pensions division and offering strategic support to our clients on their options for workplace pension schemes and auto-enrolment. With a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and Certificate in DC Governance, combined with a Degree in Economics, Amrik is a fully qualified pensions consultant and perfectly placed to offer strategic support to our clients on payroll and pension services. Before joining Growth Partners, he worked as a pensions consultant at KPMG, he also spent three years before this as a pensions guidance specialist at Pensions Wise.
